Yes. Oxydata is a registered HRD Corp training provider. Malaysian employers can claim training fees against their HRD Corp levy for eligible programmes. We handle the grant application paperwork — just tell us your team size and preferred programme and we'll guide you through the process.
Your company submits a grant application to HRD Corp before the training date — we provide all the documentation you need including the course outline, trainer profile, and fee schedule. Once approved, the levy covers the training cost. We've done this many times and will walk you through each step.
Yes. All training tracks can be delivered as in-house programmes at your premises or online. We customise content, case studies, and hands-on exercises to your industry, existing tools, and team's current AI maturity level.
Business AI is for non-technical professionals — managers, marketers, and business owners — who want to use AI tools to improve productivity without coding. Developer AI is for software engineers and technical leads who want to build AI-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems. We recommend the right track after a short conversation about your team's background.
Programmes range from half-day workshops (3–4 hours) to multi-day intensives (2–3 days). Enterprise cohort programmes span 4–8 weeks with weekly sessions. Duration depends on the track, depth required, and your team's schedule.
We typically run in-house programmes for groups of 8 or more participants. Smaller teams can join our public cohort sessions. For very small teams or individuals, we can also discuss customised online learning options.
It depends on the track. Business AI, Social & Conversational AI, and Enterprise AI tracks require no prior technical experience. Developer AI and AI Automation tracks assume basic programming familiarity. We assess your team's profile before recommending a track.
Training is delivered in English by default. Bahasa Malaysia delivery is available on request for in-house corporate programmes. Hands-on exercises and materials are in English regardless of delivery language.
Yes — and we prefer to. Generic AI training rarely sticks. We build case studies, exercises, and examples around your actual industry, workflows, and tools. A bank gets banking scenarios. A logistics company gets supply chain and operations examples. Custom programmes take 2–3 weeks to prepare.
Yes. Participants receive a certificate of completion for each programme. For multi-week enterprise programmes we also provide post-training support — follow-up sessions, implementation guidance, and access to our team for questions as your team starts applying what they've learned.
