Subra Suppiah
Subra Suppiah is Co-founder & CEO of Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd. With more than 30 years in Data & AI, he has worked in predictive analytics and applied AI since the late 1990s, developing propensity, anti-churn and cross-sell models for telecommunications companies.
While working with NCR/Teradata Asia Pacific, he developed and helped deploy predictive analytics solutions for leading telecommunications operators across the region, including Vodafone, Telstra, NTT, FarEasTone and Globe Telecom. His subsequent telecommunications decision-support work resulted in him being named as a co-inventor of PCT patent publication WO2008075936 (2008), an early closed-loop decision-intelligence system combining customer propensity and churn models, enterprise knowledge, decision trees, and intelligent workflows to improve customer retention, product decisions, and business performance in telecommunications.
He later held senior leadership roles at Oracle, Avanade and VeriPark before serving as Regional Vice President at Salesforce, leading the Tableau (Data & AI) business across Malaysia, Vietnam and Pakistan.
Today, he leads Oxydata's development of agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines and enterprise AI products—guided by the belief that AI creates value only when it improves how a business operates.
Subra holds an MBA from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, United States. He also completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics, delivered in association with the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Elangovan Subramaniam
Elangovan Subramaniam serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Oxydata, managing the company's full corporate operations, strategic growth and financial management. Previously, he was Finance Director for Alstom. Alstom is a major French multinational company that specializes in rail transport and public mobility.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

Azhar Kassim Mustapha
Azhar holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a prestigious university based in Boston, USA.
He has 25 years of core experience in artificial intelligence, advanced technology development and R&D, with a focus on building AI platforms that turn organisational knowledge into practical insights. He combines technology leadership with expertise in AI strategy, innovation and policy.
Azhar has contributed to Malaysia's AI and education agenda as a panelist for the Malaysia Qualifications Agency's AI Programme Standards and a member of the Malaysia National AI Office's Sovereign AI Working Group. He has also advised the Ministry of Education Malaysia and MIGHT. He is a Global Panelist for MIT Technology Review, AI Consultant and Head of the Center for Research and Development at ELMU, and Adjunct Professor at University College TATI.
He is also Founder & CEO of Nervesis Sdn Bhd, where he leads the development of ZYGY, an AI platform that helps organisations create tailored AI assistants using their documents and data. ZYGY was named one of APAC CIO Outlook's Top 10 Cognitive Technology Solution Providers of 2019. His work includes developing a private large language model for Jabatan Digital Negara Malaysia.
Earlier in his career, Azhar worked at COMSAT Laboratories in the United States, where he led research and development projects. His work spans speech technology, communications and computing, and includes three patents, among them US Patent 6,233,552 (2001), an adaptive post-filtering technique based on the Modified Yule-Walker filter, with co-inventor Suat Yeldener. He has also published research in international journals and conferences.

Ts. Shahriza bin Khairudin
Ts. Shahriza bin Khairudin is a Senior AI Solution Lead at Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd. He is a Professional Technologist accredited by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a Certified HRD Corp Trainer.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Shahriza has worked across AI adoption, enterprise analytics, Power BI, workflow automation, business process improvement and digital transformation. During his career with PETRONAS, he contributed to engineering analytics, AI-driven inspection, smart asset transformation and digital capability development initiatives.
His work has contributed to RM7.1 million in realised value, approximately RM60 million in potential value and a 55% reduction in operational run-and-maintain costs. At Oxydata, he leads the translation of business challenges into practical AI, automation and digital solutions that deliver measurable operational value.
Shahriza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Peter K
Peter K turns complex technology challenges into smarter products and measurable engineering results. With more than 25 years in technology and product engineering, he brings together AI strategy, hands-on engineering and product delivery.
He applies AI across the product lifecycle, from requirements and quality engineering to technical investigation and knowledge discovery. His AI-assisted delivery practices contributed to a 30% reduction in defects across two comparable release cycles. He also led the rollout of a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) knowledge assistant, making organisational knowledge easier to access for a 60-person cross-functional team.
By using AI to analyse logs and runtime data, Peter has reduced root-cause investigation time by 60–70% in critical cases.
He focuses on putting AI to work in practical ways that improve product quality, accelerate delivery and help teams make better use of what they know.
