The Founder
Subra Suppiah is the Managing Director of Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd. He has been building AI systems since the late 1990s — long before the term GenAI existed.
As Presales Technical Lead at NCR/Teradata Asia Pacific, he designed and deployed predictive analytics, anti-churn, and cross-sell systems for tier-1 telcos and banks across Asia Pacific — working with Vodafone, Telstra, NTT, FarEasTone, and Globe Telecom. He later contracted directly with Teradata Communications Global to build anti-fraud and anti-churn AI systems for carriers across the region, work that earned him a PCT Patent (WO/2008/075936) in AI-driven telecommunications decision-making.
He went on to senior leadership roles at Oracle, Avanade, and Veripark before serving as Regional Vice President at Salesforce, overseeing Tableau AI & Analytics across Malaysia, Vietnam, and Pakistan.
Today he leads a team building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and AI products for Malaysian enterprises and SMEs — applying the same conviction he carried from his earliest work: that AI is only worth building if it changes how a business actually operates.
